What is the Quality Management System?
The ISO 9001:2008 standard is one of the most popular standards. Certification Process:
The certification provided by Certification Body. The certificate issued for being recognized in the international market should be provided by a Certification Body accredited to this standard. The accreditation granted by Accreditation Body and the Certificate issued by the Certification Body refers the accreditation to ensuring international recognition.
The company decided to certify must select the certification and apply for certification.
The Certification Body provides an appropriate inspection team and performs pre-assessment on-site inspection of the Food Safety Management System. During the pre-assessment inspection, EUROCERT checks the completeness of system documentation (manual, procedures, instructions, forms, etc.) and implementation (Archives) under the International Standard ISO 9001:2008.
Deviations are recorded and the company defines the time that the necessary corrective actions will have been done. Then the Assessment inspection is done, in which the system is been audited as a whole and the completion of all corrective action is been checked. If during the Assessment inspection does not record any non-compliances from the standard ISO 9001:2008, the certification body issue a certification. Otherwise, non-compliances are recorded and when appropriate remedy progresses issue process.

Time Issue and Validity of Certificate
If the Audit of assessment of Quality Management System is successful and there is a positive recommendation by the inspection team, then the Certificate is been issued in a short time. The certificate is valid for three years and this period is supported by two annual surveillance audits.
